• COVID-19 nasal swab RT-PCR at 315 East 83rd Street by appointment - $300.00

• On-site (home/office/school/events) concierge fees are additional. The price is variable depending on number of persons tested, location and time needed. Contact us to discuss.

• Inflenza A and B rapid nasal testing can be perfomed at the same time for an additional $40.00

We are an out-of-network provider for major insurances

• We provide a receipt with results for submission for reimbursement by health insurances
• Many health insurances will reimburse some or all of testing fees but it varies widely with different plans

Service includes

• RT-PCR testing service
• Results with full documentation (for school, travel, etc...) in around 1 hour
• Any additonal travel forms or documents required
• Immediate notification by a doctor for all positive results
